Overview
En Crónica de los días azules, con una estructura equilibrada y una cuidada prosa, encontramos una trama que se sucede en dos planos temporales, a los que por momentos se suma un tercero: el plano donde sucede la acción principal durante el año 2014; y en un tiempo (novelado por el propio protagonista), donde se sucederán las experiencias de un niño de diez años durante la década de los 70. El tercer plano, insertado a modo de flash extranarrativo, y con el que se inicia la novela, es un alegato por la paz donde se nos advierte de los deshumanizados intereses comerciales que existen tras las guerras.
